Wrap
It's a wrap. For this dish I was inspired by Wndy. She did a chicken with a blanket of bacon. So I used the bacon to wrap my pork chop. I sautéed potatoes with a bit garlic, union and chopped bacon. I did an arugula salad with mozerella and parmesan cheese. The pork was seasoned with basil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper.
