Dough

I love making my own pizza dough and make my own pizza. So yesterday I did a simple clean pizza with my own sauce, unions, cheese and a little bit of bacon. I used oregano in my dough to give an extra depth.

With my extra dough, I made my famous pizza-roll. I rolled the dough like a strudel. I filled it with sauce, mozzarella, salami and basil. I used parmesan cheese on top of the roll, it looks pretty nice as a garnish.
