Boneless

Today I tried out a new dish. The boneless chicken drumstick. I braised the drumsticks in chickstock with cream, garlic, onions and chives. After the braising, I removed the bones and I bread the chicken through panko with some herbs. As the sides I had some oven baked potato wedges with chives, salt and peper. To finish it off I served it with a blue cheese sauce.
