Simple

I love clean, simple dishes. The less ingredients, the better. But it is hard to master a simple dish. The preparation has to be prefect. Every spices has to be accurate, the cooking techniques has to be correct. Once you get all these things right, you will have the best result ever!

Today I grilled a pork shoulder cut with a BBQ glace. I sautéed potatoes with herbs and a simple arugula salad with corn. Finished off with a simple vinegarette. The flavours today were clean and has different layers.
