Glossy

I've learned some new cooking techniques how to make the perfect burger. So today I made my special beef burger with cheese. I used a steaming technique to melt the cheese to gloss. I used two types of cheese, cheddar and gouda . The cheese looks so shiny and glossy. The patty was cooked perfect, medium.
