Origin of O-Ren

I like this scene from Kill Bill vol. 1, it's the origin of O-Ren Ishii. This scene is in anime and it looks real awesome. Kill Bill is a masterpiece of Quentin Tarentino together with Resevoir Dogs.I think the dude in white is Bill.
