Lissie

Last Wednesday we saw Lissie in the Milyway Amsterdam. She did blast it on stage and even did Pursuit of Happiness ( Kid Cudi ). I had an awesome time with Wendy & Wesley!

Crumb

For this dish I used old bread. I chopped the bread and layered on my porkchop. It was a lumpy breadcrumb. I seasond the breadcrumb with pepper, salt and pesto. For my mash I used sour cream to give it a silky, smooth texture and flavour.

Decemberists

So yesterday I attended The Decemberists at the Paradiso Amsterdam. And it was freakin' awesome.

Stack

Today I made a really fast dish. I made an easy simple risotto with broccoli and tempura white fish. I used a lot of different kinds of cheese in the risotto, to give it a silky texture. I love the tempura fish on top of the broccoli on top of the risotto.
