Again a year has pas by for this little kid, my niece, Alysha. Today it was her birthday and Saturday her big six year old birthday. I've seen this kid growing up, from a baby to this little kid. Happy Birthday kid and many more years!

I forgot to post it, but it was my BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Big 24! We went out to eat some awesome stuff and for the second time TRON. Yup it was the perfect day! But most of all! I want to thank everyone who remembered me. Thank you all!!

Pappas Canaries

Today I tried Marcel Vigneron's Pappass Canaries. It's a potato dish with sea salt. I boiled the little potato with sea salt. After the potato was done, I drained the water and let the heat colour the potato. It looks almost like the potato was tossed through sand or dust. I butter based the porkchop with garlic, thyme, basil and oregano. The sauce was a spicy chili mayo with a squeeze of limon and olive oil. A simple dish with lots of different techniqes.

I am so glad to see Kevin Bacon as Sebastian Shaw and January Jones as Emma Frost of the Hellfire Club in the new X-Men: First Class. I really can't wait for this movie, it will be totally different than the previous three.
