Lee's audition for Kato

An amazing and unique footage of Bruce Lee taking an audition for Green Hornet. Bruce explains kung fu and showing some sweet moves. Lee does it all in a suit and tie, not breaking a sweat, and somehow managing to remain dashing and debonair the whole time!

In 2011 a remake of the Green Hornet will hit the theaters, but we must not forget the true Kato!

Bad day

Yes, my friends, I had a bad day. It's been a while since I had a day like this. If the simple things won't succeed, then your day will be doomed! From coffee spills, forgetting stuff to train delays and soy sauce spills. And to top it all, John Mayer has cancelled his show tonight due illness. Damn!!

But the sun was shining, the girls were nice and it was my father's birthday. Well, to be honest, it wasn't all that bad.

Spaghetti Bolognese

This is my version of the traditional Spaghetti Bolognese. I used grinded lamb/beef meat with basic tomatoes, oregano, celery, meat broth, peas and pancetta. I topped it off with some mozarella action.
